Amazing food & wine matching in Margaret River!
Delicious, amazing service and the timing of delivery of dishes was done so impeccably.
What an incredible experience this degustation menu was. As a coeliac I was grateful that only the dessert course needed to be modified for me and I was able to enjoy other menu items.
The venue is superb in the Cape Dutch style. The gardens are magnificent. We had the 7 course fixed menu with wine pairing and couldn’t fault any of it. The staff were friendly and service excellent.

The Floris degustation menu is a gastronomical experience not to be missed. 3hours and 7 courses later, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended to enjoy it with the wine pairing.

While exploring the premium wine-producing region of Margaret River, why not indulge in a unique journey of discovery with Voyager Estate’s wine-inspired Discovery Menus.
Its 7-course Discovery Menu is the signature experience; each course is inspired by one of the Voyager Estate wines. Head chef, Santiago Fernandez and his team also take inspiration from the vineyards and winemaking process in creating dishes that bring a small part of the Estate to the table.
The 4-course Discovery Menu is a taster of the 7-course, allowing those with limited time to choose some of their courses, either matched to our recommendations or selected from our extensive wine list.

The team recommends each course as a journey of discovery but if you want a sneak peak, indicative menus are available. The menus change every two months so they may not be the menu presented on the day of your visit.
