8/10I was misguided when I went to redeem the points/yums in my app The Fork for my lunch. I was told by the manager that I can only redeem it against the food but not the drinks. I ended paying by for my food and drinks as I could not eat for £50 (equivalent to my points) alone. I called up theFork later and they confirmed that their points can be redeemed for both food and drinks at any of the restaurants participating in that deal. Not a good experience.

4.5/10The setting is very nice but the staff and food let the place down. We had a bottomless afternoon tea and after receiving our first glass it was 20 minutes before we were given a refill. We had to indicate to staff every time we needed a refill. We had to ask for tea! The sandwiches were dry, scones and cakes were ok. Presented with incorrect bill initially by same server who had triple checked that we knew the price of the afternoon tea! For £55a head I have had considerable better unlimited afternoon tea in London. Shall not be returning.

8/10Lovely atmosphere. Lovely staff. We arrived early and they were able to help us get seated early - super helpful. Food was really nice and tasty. Portion sizes were more than adequate. Found it a little pricey but we kinda of expected that for the location. Lovely views too. I wasn't a fan of the gratituity already being added to the bid - I would've liked to have managed that myself but overall, I would recommend a visit here :)

6/10There was an argument between servers that could be heard by all of the people that were dining. It was unsettling. The food is very average. Good thing the drink and the view was nice.

8/10Lovely place to have a drink with a beautiful view all over Tower Bridge. Staff very kind and friendly. The food was delicious but very disappointing as the portions were very small and very expensive.Me and my friend we have ordered a fish and chips. Fish was as little as for a child(1/4 a normal propper fish) + a few chips. When we ordered more chips they gave us literally a few chips per person. I will go there again but just for a drink and view. Never for food. Such a disappointment.

5.5/10I had one of the worst burgers of my life here, stale bread and tough patties. They’re advertised as smashed patties but they’re not. Also whilst the cheesecake was nice, it was advertised as a baked cheesecake but is actually a set one.

2/10I was excited for a refined afternoon tea, but the experience was anything but. The sandwiches were stale, and the pastries were clearly not fresh. The cocktails lacked any real flavor and were poorly mixed. Very disappointing

2/10Typical tourist trap by the Tower Bridge. The food is mediocre at best and extremely overpriced. Avoid the steak. It was full of grizzle and seemed like old meat. The view is great. It’s a beautiful space and it has tons of potential if only the food and the staff could match the location

9.5/10got a great table with amazing views of tower bridge. the staff were very attentive and my allergies were taken very seriously. they looked into each dish and adapted it where needed. I had the salmon which was 10/10. will be back
