Food was very good overall as well as the staff there! Large variety of pancakes and other food and drinks in the middle of De Koog. Will go there again during my next holiday.

A wonderful restaurant for the whole family! Centrally located in the “Dorpsstraat, De Koog", owner and host Alexander Aardema would like to welcome you to his restaurant Wad Lekker. Besides traditional pancakes with cheese or apple, this restaurant also serves special pancakes with e.g. syrup waffles, satay, lamb ham, frikandel and many more delicious products that you would not expect so on a pancake. Fun for young and old! Naturally Dutch pancakes, but also Wad Anders! (meat and fish dishes). Wad Lekker has Texel's first smoke-free terrace!
