The service was good, the food needs some improvement, I would say it was good, but not great. We started very well. The house provided us with a spoon of a ceviche like plus a popcorn on top, which was actually very interesting. And then I had the oyster but the sauce overwhelmed. My wife and I both had the oxtail, and it was good. We both had the pisco sour which was good, overall a pleasant experience.

We ate the pachamama 10 course tasting menu and every course was outstanding. The food and service were both amazing. The only thing that let the experience down is the sliding doors at the front of the restaurant which open wide every time someone leaves or enters causing a gust of cold wind to constantly sweep the restaurant and left us feeling cold.

We have stumbled upon this restaurant during out lay-over in Bilbao. When we arrived we where stunned by the atmosphere and the look and feel of the place. The service was great, and the food 10/10 ! Would 100% recommend

The crab as entree was very beautiful to see. We did not appreciate the potatoes grated on top and covering the beauty of the composition (in terms of flavor, we did not really need the potatoes in this dish). We found one of the main dishes (rice with the grilled fish) a bit unbalanced in the flavors. The rice itself was strong and rich (maybe also a bit too salty) and the fish was not sufficient to balance it. The service was not as professional as expected in such a restaurant. Communication was made more difficult by the fact that the waiters do not speak English.
