We enjoyed the ambience with soft piano music playing. Menu was very good and food was delicious and well presented. Staff a little too attentive as we were asked by about four different staff if we were enjoying the food. We’re booked again in two weeks

The food was exceptional. The young waitress who served us was second to none regarding customer service. You should be proud to have an employee like that. Excellent customer service is the key to success. I will be back and have told all my friends and family about our experience.

As a "first-timer" to this restaurant I was pleasantly surprised with the decor and ambience. The menu had a great choice of items and the wine list was interesting and varied. I'll be back!

Food was below average, rather disappointing. Steak was grisly, chips were hard, and probably the worst arancini balls I've had. Definitely wouldn't eat dinner here again

The Waterwall restaurant was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our meal especially the scallops entrée and chocolate tart dessert!

Lovely setting, no overly loud music, friendly positive service and neat meals. Great to have traditional proper table setting, not a bare table and paper serviettes.

Another wonderful meal at Pagoda. You can always rely on the food and service to be spot on. Our waitress was not sure re a question so she went to find the answer out straight away. The ambience is also lovely as you can hear each other at your table and there is plenty of personal space. I will be looking forward to my next visit.

We had 4 main courses and 2 deserts. They were all well cooked, including the steak. We also had an amazing espresso martini. I have this drink nearly every where I go and this is by far the best.

We arrived to the restaurant and were greeted straight away by a lovely man. He sat us to our table and got us some drinks. He then took our food order. We waited for 35 minutes to get our starters. I had the blue swimmer crab and my partner had pork belly bites. The crab was watery and all you could taste was capers I believe. You couldn’t taste crab at all. The pork was rubbery and chewy. For mains I had an entree of scallops and my partner had the duck. My scallops were the absolute worst I have ever tasted. The duck was very nice but cold along with the mash and onion. Not once where we checked on. We got up and left without the option of an extra drink or dessert. When asked when paying how was our meal my partner said alright not great. And nothing was said or asked after that. We will not be back.

The staff were so lovely! Our waiter looked after us really well. Unfortunately I found the food quite disappointing there wasn’t much available and there was not table for dietary requirements. Could have a lot more breakfast options.

A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. Will definitely return. Thank you. Service was friendly and efficient. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. A wonderful restaurant where a quiet dining area allows for conversation. Really lovely.

Disappointing to have only the buffet option as we would have preferred A la Carte for our breakfast which is what we anticipated on a Friday morning. Buffet was purported ONLY to be held only on the weekends.....

We booked the night before for a Sunday breakfast for 7 people and were contacted to give us some extra information, They were wonderful and very friendly to my elderly mother for her birthday. Welcoming and let us stay a little longer. Food was as expected, nice bacon & eggs along with the rest of a buffet breakfast. highly recommended

Our second visit in the past 3 months and despite a couple of setbacks we will continue to visit at least quarterly. Clearly a quieter night however initially the service was very slow when it took 15-20 after being seated to even place a drink order - let alone get the drinks.. The barramundi and my beef cheeks were excellent however the pork dish was dry and tough. Whilst this was reported to both the wait staff in duty when they asked how the meal was, there was no feedback (or apology) from the kitchen which was disappointing. On a separate note, after our last visit I went to the trouble of sending a very strong commendation email in respect to both service and quality of meal to two separate emails addresses and this drew no response whatsoever. Given that nowadays we live in a society of complainers, I would have expected a response to some praise.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and nice food. Could have a few more sides to accompany the mains but quality of food was great. Look forward to trying some other items on the menu
