Food was not really a problem at this restaurant. I had always given a positive and perfect score when it comes to my feedback. Not at this particular instance though. My reservation was at 7 pm where I got there on time. The starter came at 7:30 and the main course came an hour after. I have never been served my food at this gap anywhere even from them before. People who came in after me were served their meals before me. Did it had something to do because I was using my loyalty points as my payment? Even if I still want to order my desert, I didn't anymore. Nevertheless, I still left around £17 tip (i always left a tip) just so next time, they should give me better service. If they look at their reservation file (under my name), I have been going to this restaurant for friends and family occasions. The biggest one was on my friend's daughter's wedding day in March this year where we stayed for 2 days in the hotel and had our meals at the Whitcomb's after the wedding.

If you're in the mood for a top-tier fine dining experience, you absolutely have to check out Whitcombs at The Londoner. I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and let me tell you, I was blown away by everything it had to offer. First and foremost, the environment is simply stunning. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with chic, modern decor and an ambiance that made me feel like I was dining in the lap of luxury. And the food? Oh my goodness, the food. Every dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and packed with flavors that I still can't get over. The staff at Whitcombs truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions when I couldn't decide what to order. I was so blown away by my first night at Whitcombs that I actually went back the very next day for another round of their mouthwatering dishes. And the most unbelievable part? The prices were shockingly affordable given the quality of the food and service. Overall, I would highly recommend Whitcombs at The Londoner for anyone looking for an unforgettable fine dining experience. The combination of breathtaking atmosphere, delectable food, friendly staff, and unbeatable prices truly makes this restaurant stand out in the crowded world of high-end dining.

We suggested the offer on the website but it was not accepted unfortunately. However Edward was so kind to give us discount and also sweet for my birthday friend. Overall we were happy to have good hospitality.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! TOP NOTCH!! The service was IMPECCABLE, ATTENTIVE, PERSONAL, and SINCERE. Everyone is so friendly...beyond friendly. Rhank you!!! The food is exquisite. Will most certainly visit again and again. One of my "must go to" London restaurants.

It was a really nice place and food was great. I would have loved bigger portions though but it was good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that when we just sat they asked me if we wanted still or sparkling water, assuming we wanted water. We both just said still thinking it was a courtesy but it actually cost us £5. It know it might be common trick in some restaurants but this was the first time I paid for water in London in two weeks (it's my first time here). Some might think it's obvious but as a tourist for me it wasn't.

The venue is lovely. To start, I had the tuna tartare with confit egg, totally delicious. Hubby had salt and pepper squid, large portion and his verdict was excellent. We both had the A5 wagyu ribeye, rather a thin slice, hubby’s was perfect, but mine had so much fat ( hence a deduction of a star) barely had any meat. I reckon at least two thirds was fat. Anyway, I mentioned this to the waiter and they took it off the bill. Cost for the meat was £72. We shared the cheesecake which was great and a nice way to end the meal.

We opted for the pre-theatre 3 courses. Really enjoyed the battered squid and my friend enjoyed her 2 oysters., The sea bass in the sauce was delicious but I thought the accompanying salad could have been more exciting. The chocolate ganache desert with raspberry sorbet was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent as other reviewers have noted. A great restaurant in the heart of Leicester Square.

Absolutely enjoyed every moment and the food is delicious, the service was excellent the place and atmosphere was lovely. The only part that had a little issue was, when I book with my 2000 yum (£50 off on bill) They didn’t deduct the £50 from the bill, so they took some time to check it because it didn’t shown on there system, finally came back and deducted the £50 off bill. I will be back.

Wonderful meal! Great service. We had an excellent meal with really good service which was friendly, well timed and unrushed. The had the set menu which was good value with a great range of choices. All the food was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We would thoroughly recommend.

A wonderful meal in a wonderful restaurant. The staff were very attentive and polite throughout. The food and drinks were superb. Our waitress was very helpful giving us lots of advice with choices and the wine. We returned later in the evening after the theatre and sat in the bar, listening to live music with a couple of drinks. A great evening! Highly recommend. Nothing to complain about, however I have one comment.....the toilets are in one area for ladies and gents. I opened a cubicle that was not locked and there was a man in there who had not locked the door! It would be preferable to have toilets separated into ladies and gents.

The food was incredible and the portions were generous. All the waiters were wonderful and polite but a special mention to our waiter Bryan, who ensured all our needs were met and was very professional. I took his recommendation in getting the sea bass and it was absolutely spot on. Me and my girlfriend will definitely be returning in the near future!
