The restaurant is really nice
And the service was excellent!
My green curry could have had more vegetables in it
But the dessert was delicious!

Situated on a café lined square in a residential neighbourhood in the edge of the city centre, Wicked Wines combines a relaxed atmosphere with tasty French-Asian fusion food and a great selection of wines. Highly recommended the Prawn Gyoza (Dumplings) as starters and the wonderfully complex yet balanced Lamb main course. The service was swift and friendly and there's a great sunny terrace if front of the restaurant to watch the world go by. The only downside is that there can be quite a lot of traffic on the road going through the square.

The wine menu is always an excellent choice. Great place to stop for a glas of Grüner Veltliner and a mixed borrel plate. A bit a shame they took the pillows away when it started to rain.

Wicked Wines is a great place to be if you want get a good food, nice wine and decent service. We went with 3 and had a dinner at the square. We started with two sorts of risotto- one with chorizo, one with shrimps and pumpkin soup and we were amazed of the taste. Risotto was exactly was we were expected- little bit al dente with nice structure of rise. Soup was nice and spicy.
For a main course we took 2x cod and vega burger- everything good, freshly made and served in interesting way on dark plates.
We didn't have space anymore for dessert, maybe next time. We also liked wine- Boschenblanc.
Service was good but I think they should know more about wine they sell. For the rest no complains.
In conclusion- we will for sure go back and other positions in card of Wicked Wines!

Great food, service and atmosphere...we shall return! Nice selection of wines from different countries however would prefer if the French sections was expended a little. In fact the one french red wine on the list was sold out!
