Lovely food as always but terrible slow service - been going here for years and 1st time service was so bad (we had to ask for our second service of the steak as it just didn’t seem to appear) also bill did not arrive after requesting it so we had to go to the waitress and ask her again. Pity …

We ordered the entrecôte which whilst it was delicious the first portion was not exactly hot, the second serving was perfect which made it more delicious. However the service was not exactly up to their usual standard, we had to wait 35 minutes for dessert as they forgot, the only reason it arrived was because we chased twice… & no apology just a simple ‘yes yes’

They do not offer karaffe of water. Only few options from the menu apply to the Fork offer, which means you have little choice of food if your want the discounts. Disappointing. This should be more visible before you arrive there.
