It is well worth finding this gem in Monza. The menu is inventive and every bite, even those we couldn’t identify, was delicious. We had a Saluki platter which came with the most airy hollow bread rolls. Then the riso, and the fritto mistook. The fritto included a mountain of tempura julienned veggies that were just perfect. And so much seafood! Wish I could have eaten more of the riso which had a sublime asparagus purée and delightful parm crisps. The owner is the walking wine list. Based on our meals and tastes, what he recommended turned out to be one of our favorite Sardinian whites at a very reasonable price. Everything is here - food inventive and delicious, great service and good value.
