Xoriguer es un templo de la alta cocina donde se recuperan los sabores del País Vasco y se preparan las mejores carnes del mundo. Un restaurante que lleva en pie más de 40 años y que sigue siendo sinónimo de comer bien… realmente bien. En su carta encontrarás platos tan exquisitos como el pulpo a feira, el rape relleno de txangurro o la tortilla de bacalao, pero si algo destaca en su oferta son esos trozos de Kobe, de Black Angus, de Hereford, o de Valles del Esla a los que Xoriguer debe gran parte de su éxito. Durante sus jornadas temáticas, es posible hacer catas de todas estas delicias carnívoras en un menú degustación, o bien escoger, por ejemplo, un menú de buey Wagyu, que va desde el tartar de kobe a cortes que de verdad sorprenden. El rey de los postres, sin duda, el fondant de chocolate. Tan bueno todo que ¡se nos hace la boca agua!

    Xoriguer is a hidden gem. The food quality is amazing and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately only indoor eating but the food makes up for this! Small but well selected wine card.

    Photograph do not do the place justice. The host was very welcoming, we also had late guests arriving 35mins that wasn’t a problem . Steak specials were to die for , some of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend and re visit.

    Although a little out of the way not on Main Street we booked because of the great reviews and it was truly worth it. From beginning to end fabulous service and the food could not have been better. Would highly recommend a visit

    Perfect choice and a real great owner host. Known as a quality meat restaurant however I went with a crab starter and a turbot main - Fresh and fantastic. Great value ! I’m going back in 2 days to try the meat.

    Guillemero is passionate about the great food he serves in his understated restaurant with a well deserved focus on the open kitchen staffed by chefs and sous chefs. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my exquisite flavourful Hereford steak dinner along with the perfectly paired “Emilio Moro” Tinto 2016 red wine from Ribera del Duero , Spain. The attention to all details necessary on my enjoyment of this meal while the doing the same to a near full dining room was amazing. Thank you and yes I will highly recommend your restaurant.

    Das Restaurant zeichnet sich durch einen sehr guten, freundlichen und kompetenten Service aus. Wir waren zu zweit. Wir wollten mehrere Vorspeisen. Daraufhin wurde uns angeboten mehrere halbe Portionen zu ordern, was wir dankend in Anspruch genommen haben. Es wurden in dieser Reihenfolge pulpo Gallego, kalbsbries und Foie Gras serviert. Pulpo hatte ich noch nie besser, sehr schön zart. Kalbsbries perfekt zubereitet. Gleiches für die Gänseleber, perfekt zubereitet, mit einer karamellisierten Tomatenmarmelade serviert, ein Gedicht, Als Hauptspeise zwei Entrecote Herefordshire und galizisches Rind in Streifen geschnitten serviert. Normal mag ich es lieber am Stück, aber in diesem Fall völlig Ok. Fleisschqualität und Zubereitung hervorragend. Dazu einen mallorquinischen Rotwein auf Empfehlung, auch sehr fein. Fazit, liegt etwas abseits, nicht einfach einen Parkplatz zu finden. Ambiente ist Nicht umwerfend, aber auch nicht zum weglaufen. Service kompetent, freundlich und herzlich. Wer den Fokus auf das Essen legt, wird begeistert. Wir kommen wieder

    Since I was alone, I wanted to know the best choice in the menu for me. With the waiter (owner??) I decided to go for entrecote. Due to my not perfect spanish, I did not realize, that the steak he recommended was "fuera de la carta "Hereford entrecote" and cost a lot more than the regular in the menu. It was great, but after realizing, it was not what I thoughg I ordered, left me wondering, whether I would have been dissapointed with the one in the menu. A good experience spoiled by misunderstanding.

    Ein sehr lokales Restaurant! Der Service war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Essen war auch unfassbar gut! Das perfekte Restaurant um spanische Köstlichkeiten zu geniessen! Kann ich jedem nur weiterempfehlen!

En la carta del restaurante Xoriguer podrás ir abriendo boca con un Pulpo a feira, justo antes decidirte, por ejemplo, entre genialidades como Rape relleno de txangurro o un Lomo de buey Kobe a la brasa. Al final, la Fondant de chocolate te dejará con un inmejorable sabor de boca.
