6/10Our experience would beat be described as "mediocre" in terms of the menu (limited selection), food quality (average), and service (not remotely sophisticated), relative to the price (expensive). It is a hotel restaurant (i.e., it exists because hotel guests need a place to eat), definitely not because of the chef's creativity, the quality of the food or the service, all of which were only approaching average. Look elsewhere for a fine meal.

6/10It was a shame as the service and care about your customers was sad to see. It is all down to the management who really just didn’t care. After waiting 1 and half hours for our meal we politely asked when our food was likely to be here, we were told it’s coming. We did explain our frustration and again the attitude was flippant. It is a shame as the formula for a nice restaurant is there but staff management training is most definitely required.

7.5/10Food and ambience were great! Staff made however several mistakes with our order, including serving the wrong dish (entrée as dessert), charging for water we didn't have, bringing us the bill from a different table, and generally not giving us much attention.

7/10We had high expectations based on the reviews, but it wasn’t as good as we had hoped. The quality of the food was good, service was good but a bit too much as if we were old friends. The menu choices were limited, meat on average 25-30€, and that was just the meat. Side dishes were oversized portions and cost minimum of 7-10€ Only house wine is available by the glas.
