My wife and I went there on our honeymoon and had the best of time. Our minds and palate was blown away one course after the next. Our waiter Sergio was an amazing guide throughout the experience, from pairing our wine to the dishes, to explaining the experience of each meal. Yugo The Bunker was a restaurant that will stay in our memories forever!

I really enjoy this restaurant. The service, food and feel of the place is top shelf. I will definitely be visiting a couple of times a year. The quality of ingredients is what you would expect and their sake and wine list is very good too.

Amazing food, quick service between plates. Loved the food and atmosphere. I would come back if I was to visit Madrid again. This was a great dinner date experience. 16 dishes was very filling.

Amazing sushi, sashimi and cod! Our waiter Gilbert was outstanding! We definitely enjoyed every course—all 14 courses! Great wine list at excellent prices, too.

Excelente. Precioso local decorado como una antigua taberna de madera y un bunquer de piedra y ladrillo en el piso inferior. Tranquilidad absoluta. Servicio rápido y atento. Pescados de gran calidad, sashimis y nigiris macerados en salsas y especies deliciosas, giozas muy ricas, gunkan de tuétano espectacular y bacalao negro caramelizado para chuparse los dedos. No es barato, pero vale la pena si te gusta la cocina japonesa tradicional.

Spectacular food and service!!! Not cheap but I knew that going in. A good amount of food but I didn’t leave feeling disgusting which has definitely happened in the past after doing a tasting menu.

Espectacular, todo. Desde el sitio (nada más cruzar la puerta del restaurante te traslada a otro lugar), hasta la comida (maravilla de platos), pasando por la excelente atención de los camareros. Hay que ver sí o sí la parte de abajo del restaurante, el "búnker". Volveremos sin duda

Fairly simple decorations are made specifically to keep all your attention on the food which is just excellent! We’ve tried Roots menu and we’re pleasantly surprised that every single dish was spectacular! The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you’ve got to come there really hungry as even the short menu is a lot of food. The service was on a very high level very subtle but present when needed. We liked it better then a 2 star restaurant we visited the day before and it’s officially our favorite Japanese restaurant from now on!

Though the food they serve is categorized as “fusion” by some, it would be easily accepted as authentic or nouvelle Japanese cuisine in Japan. Very tasty and good, fresh Spanish ingredients. Light but very satisfying. Highly recommended.

Restaurant in a small street in the heart of Madrid, atmosphere is like a traditional class of Japanese Restaurant, the food was amazing, some plates better than others maybe the one of the best was the toro nigiri , service was excellent, very well attended all time. They need a better wine list (bigger than now) and a nice list for wine by the glass.
