About the restaurant Zanzibar Beachclub

Decorated with wood carved African faces and colourful cousins, Zanzibar is a oasis on the beach of Scheveningen. They serve various 'wildlife dishes', like Takbokke (deer), to sponsor divers projects in Africa, that focus on the conservation of wild animals. A good place for a company outing in theme with African live music.

I had surf n turf and find it over priced for what I got. The beef was ok but the shrimps were overcooked and dry, vegetables were also overcooked and presented badly. When you're charging 27.50 for a dish, I expect it to be well presented!
My friend ordered a medium lamb burger and she was served an over-cooked and dry burger.
Chips were tasteless and also overcooked.
Very poor service from the waiter we had. I asked for extra serviettes and she didn't respond to me very well. Very rude! Will not come back!
