En pleno centro de Sevilla nos encontramos con este restaurante en el que el chef Juan Carlos, y su equipo, ofrecen una carta muy cambiante en la que siempre encontrarás platos nuevos y, ante todo, preparados al momento, porque aquí nada está recalentado ni precocinado. Una oferta gastronómica muy agradecida para los celíacos y que huye de minimalismos.     Great staff and really good food. The patron was so helpful, especially as I needed gluten free food. He took time to describe and translate each dish for me and I had lots of choice. The price was reasonable too.

    We were greeted by the restaurant owner Jose who was very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was small but lovely and cosy and food was delicious. We really enjoyed all our dishes and we got to try Risotto Socarrat for the first time which was great. Geat value for money especially with the discount and I would definitely recommend.

    An excellent restaurant with good quality food .Restaurant is a little difficult to find and we nearly gave up but were so glad we didn’t. We were given a very warm welcome by the charming waitress and because we booked with Fork we got a discount of 50% on food.

    Good hospitality but let down by dessert not being included in 50% discount. Food good but book early as it fills up and then takes longer to be served.

    If you're going to fill your restaurant at 20 hours, have your staff there at 20 hours, please. Although Jose and his chef were trying their best, just two people for 18 people is not enough for dinner. When the table booked for 14 more people arrived it was pretty scary, but then two other staff arrived, just in time. I asked for a suggestion for a pizza with fish and was directed to one with salmon - it came covered with melted blue cheese and overcooked fish. Too strong a cheese for pizza. My husband opted for the sea bass - the portion was so tiny he ate half of my pizza (which was fine with me.) Sorry to have to give a poor review, but it's not fair to others who depend on reviews to make a decision upon where to eat. Finally, if you have an open kitchen, make sure it doesn't look like a bathroom. This place needs a serious look at itself to make it more appealing.

    Thanks about how to run a restaurant. We started with 2 reservations & since we have just 8 tables, we scheduled 2 servers. This industry is unpredictable, you can start w/o reservations and suddenly have a group of 14 walk in paying full price Vs. a 50% coupon you had. The staff was there on time as scheduled. We're a small business. We pride ourselves in, that on a Tuesday night, our reputation over the last 30years leads us to nights like that. The menu is written out with the ingredients you read. You asked for a suggestion with fish. We showed you which one we have. No one forced you, you could have swapped out the blue cheese. The pizzas are in the oven for 3min, It's impossible for the fish to have been overcooked. All the portions are weighed to 200 gr. if isn’t enough, then he should have ordered more food. You would have only paid 50 % off anyway. As for your interior design tips, we don’t need the restaurant to be more appealing. I think our focus will remain on the food, the quality, and service
