En pleno centro de Sevilla nos encontramos con este restaurante en el que el chef Juan Carlos, y su equipo, ofrecen una carta muy cambiante en la que siempre encontrarás platos nuevos y, ante todo, preparados al momento, porque aquí nada está recalentado ni precocinado. Una oferta gastronómica muy agradecida para los celíacos y que huye de minimalismos. Otra de las señas de identidad de Zarabanda es la importancia que se da a los vinos, con una amplia carta por copa y por botella y con cenas de maridaje de la mano de las mejores bodegas del país

El restaurante Zarabanda es un bonito local ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla. Un sitio diáfano, en tonos blancos y azules donde se respira un aire de tranquilidad y donde la buena mesa impera en todos sus espacios.

Su cocina es mediterránea, elaborada con productos de mercado siguiendo el recetario español. Ensalada de paté casero y aguacate, guiso de buey con ciruelas y pastel de puerros son algunos de sus platos.

If you're going to fill your restaurant at 20 hours, have your staff there at 20 hours, please. Although Jose and his chef were trying their best, just two people for 18 people is not enough for dinner. When the table booked for 14 more people arrived it was pretty scary, but then two other staff arrived, just in time. I asked for a suggestion for a pizza with fish and was directed to one with salmon - it came covered with melted blue cheese and overcooked fish. Too strong a cheese for pizza. My husband opted for the sea bass - the portion was so tiny he ate half of my pizza (which was fine with me.) Sorry to have to give a poor review, but it's not fair to others who depend on reviews to make a decision upon where to eat. Finally, if you have an open kitchen, make sure it doesn't look like a bathroom. This place needs a serious look at itself to make it more appealing.

Great food. But unfortunately lots of optioms were out. Eg I wanted to try the pork belly which had been prepared cold for 12hours but it was out. Same goes for the alternative fish dish. But food overal is very good. Attentive waiters and lovely ambiance

We received a very warm welcome and very helpful service. The food was freshly cooked and well presented. We had the Iberian pork, the white tuna and the tiramisu all of which were delicious. The restaurant has a very good ambience,

We found this little gem which is located in the back streets from the great reviews on Facebook. The food didn’t disappoint but we felt a tad neglected by the waiter who had his hands full attending to a group of 6 partaking in the 6 course degustation menu. We booked early to take advantage of 50% off the food which was really great value. However, we noticed as it got busier they didn’t put any more staff on and we feel that the service would really improve with at least 1 extra person. However, the food was really really good so highly recommend, especially if you manage to swing 50% off.

Wonderful food and service. The tasting menu with paired wine was fantastic. The service we had was superb - very friendly chats between courses explaining all about the wine and food. One of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had!

Great evening with a fantastic host. One of our party is coeliac and was thrilled that she could enjoy the same tasting menu as everyone else. Food was great, wines delicious - we loved it!

Se reserved with “the Fork”, which included the possibility of the menu only. The service was great, even if we didn’t expected it was so expensive. We reserved using the yums (with 25€ discount) but we paid about 50€ each. It’s right to admit it was worth it, but like I said before it was not expected, since the price isn’t written anywhere. We really suggest it because the experience is unique and the service is wonderful, but you have to be willing to pay more.

My server took the time to treat everyone nicely and was a master of culinary knowledge, personal service and hospitality. His knowledge of the food brought my level of awareness and appreciation to a higher level. The pairing of the food and the wine was perfect. I like mackerel now and before I had always despised it. The combinations were outstanding and the spices awakened my tastebuds. I liked the fact that the team very carefully put the 5 courses together to create an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for something beyond great — like amazing!
