Amazing food As always, all the rolls are absolutely fantastic!
This time I have to say that the capiroska was a bit too heavy, dont know why.
But overall, amazing service, great ambience, perfect food!

Since Japanese is our favorite cuisine (and we also love fusion), we tried zero21 Marghera after a few days from the opening. Some items were not available (such as fish carpaccio or ceviche) but that's not a problem. The menu is not imaginative at all for a fusion restaurant (and it's extremely similar to the one of Bomaki or Temakinho). That's also not a problem if the quality, taste and preparation are good! But the tuna tartare with mango was made of small cubes of unripe mango (it had almost no taste, some pieces were not even yellow) and chunks of tuna. We ordered four rolls for two and for the first time ever we ate rolls made of rice which was dry, even a bit crunchy and sticky. None of the rolls was particularly tasty. The prawns tempura was the only good surprise:the banana sauce is tasty and the prawns juicy and crispy.
