The service was very slow. We waited nearly an hour from finishing our starters to getting our main course. There were no straws available or crayons for the kids to colour. I understand restaurant need to follow new rules due to Covid but I’ve been to other restaurants lately that have been able to provide these things. There were also no napkins. The bill was £80 for a family of 4 for 3 courses each but we had to skip our dessert as it was so late due to the poor service so seemed too expensive.
The staff were very welcoming and had made great efforts to make guess to fell safe with the Covid19 safeguards that they had put in place. Food was great
The food was not the usual standard, service was woeful, we waited over an hour and two people's meals had to be sent back as they were cold. Staff were clearly dealing with staff shortages and the poor waiter serving us was very apologetic. Not their usual high standard and we were disappointed.
Very good food and staff
My family and I had a lovely meal but the services was pretty poor. Waited over an hour for our mains to arrive.
