10/10We really enjoyed our meal. The staff were excellent and friendly. Service was superb, even with a large outdoor crowd watching soccer. Highly recommend this restaurant!

9/10Our first night in Vienna and we booked in advance through the app as we wanted to make sure we had a table for dinner after travelling. Our plane was delayed so we phoned as we were going to miss our reservation. We were told it was no problem and a table was reserved for us for an hour later than booked. We were so grateful. That's good service and we appreciated it. Lovely welcome at the restaurant and decent food with generous portions.

8.5/10Karl and the team were excellent in supporting us with our requirements - quickly aware of our needs and accommodating to our idiosyncrasies - especially with regards to the desserts. The whole experience was superb and the ambiance and environment made this a wonderful experience. Oh, by the way, the food wasn't bad either!!!
