6/10Decided to book here for a birthday meal. All the starters we ordered were great. But then there were issues with the mains: - Two orders of Italian chicken wings were missed off by the server, so arrived after all the other food. Both orders arrived with undercooked chicken and went back to the kitchen… only to come back undercooked a second time! - We asked for tomato ketchup and initially was given a tub of the pizza sauce. When queried, we were then told they don’t actually have ketchup. - Lasagne was too salty to be eaten, so given back to the server. She seemed to think it was cold, so took it back to the kitchen to be reheated. - Generally slow service - they started bringing out the mains whilst the plates/boards for the starters (all finished by this point) were still on the table. This was particularly an issue as we had two 20” pizzas amongst our order! - When the bill came, they had taken off the two servings of Italian chicken wings (as I would’ve expected) but initially retained both lasagnes (my daughter ate most of hers, despite it being quite salty). I challenged on why both lasagnes were there, only to be told “… as you’ve gotten 30% discount on food, we don’t remove the second lasagne…”. I pointed out that barely any lasagne had been eaten and that they had taken it away after it had been reheated! The server went off to discuss, before coming back with an amended receipt, one lasagne removed, but not before making it sound like she’d done me a favour by doing so.

10/10Weds night buffet is excellent value at £11.95, with an endless supply of fresh pizza. The pasta was good and there is even Nutella pizza for pudding.

8/10The pizza dough is what bring me back to the restaurant. However would be nice if get served what actually is written in the menu. We ordered a pizza with Burrata but instead was placed a Mozzarella in the middle and we asked to have it changed. Also in the pizza with mortadella the actual mozzarella was cold and clashing with the rest of the hot pizza. They should be more generous with ingredients in order to have the best tasty experience as possible as I mentioned the pizza base is good. Drinks and service were perfect.
