Conditions of Use of TheFork Gift Cards

TheFork Gift Card ("Gift Cards") allows its owner to pay for meals and certain additional food and drink products to take away at participating TheFork restaurants and is valid for 18 months from its date of issue (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) as indicated on the Gift Card, unless its value is entirely spent before that deadline.

The Gift Cards consist of a code and associated visual and information.

The Gift Cards have a value of 25, 50 or 100 euros. This value is pre-determined and cannot be changed.

There will be no replacement, reload or refund (even partial) of the Gift Cards and TheFork accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorised use of the Gift Cards.

The Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards cannot be resold but can be given to another person.

The Gift Cards can be redeemed to pay for meals (food and drinks) at participating TheFork partner restaurants located in Italy, as well as food and drink products offered for sale by the restaurant, when bought in addition to your meal, as follows:

input the Gift Card code into TheFork PAY;
Book a participating restaurant on thefork.it or the app (the "Platform");
enjoy your meal
pay the bill with TheFork PAY - if The Gift Card does not cover the full costs, you can pay the balance with a credit card saved in TheFork PAY or with any other payment method.

Participating restaurants can be searched: once you input the Gift Card code in TheFork PAY by searching the list of participating restaurants that will appear in TheFork PAY or on the Platform using the "Gift Cards" filter.

The Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette (Italy) S.r.l. (trading as TheFork).

The Gift Cards cannot be used in any other manner or for anything other than as provided in these Conditions of Use.

The purchase of a Gift Card does not result in any attribution of Yums.

TheFork reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Use from time to time at its discretion.

These Conditions of Use are applicable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
