We have visited this restaurant many times during the last year, and we have never been disappointed, Just occasionally, during school holidays, the dining areas are rather noisy due to a full house and excited children. The staff are always most helpful and polite.

We were really very disappointed, one meal didn't turn up , one meal was burnt and the other 2 meals were cold. The staff did take money off our bill, but it ruined what was supposed to be a nice family evening, The restaurant also had a lot of loud drunk customers which I found intimidating especially with having my children with me, and it was only early afternoon we booked our table. Definitely will not be returning, which is a shame as we have always enjoyed past visits at the restaurant. Annette

The place was quite busy but the service was good and when I asked for the Bread basket to be re-filled, it was done very quickly. Our drinks were delivered promptly and we asked for no ice, and it came with no ice, which is unusual these days it is normally put in automatically and then they have to take it out.

Service very slow for a almost empty restaurant. Food arrived with wrong items on one plate and another dish so burnt it had to be returned. This was my husband’s birthday celebration with our family. Not happy

The service from our waitress was excellent.The salad bar was not well kept and looked dirty, salad dressings were empty, there was no butter and not many rolls. This area should be better supervised.

I think they are short staff. Also our food got mixed up. Very hard to get hold of staff because they are serving too many tables.

Have always enjoyed food at Harvester until today !!! Chicken burger and beef burger both so overdone it was uneatable !! When we complained we were told it was because it was cooked on a chargrill . That is not an excuse for overcooked food . Such a shame as food usually delicious
